Luisa Rodríguez is a creative director, performer, and music selector in pursuit of the Gesamtkunstwerk—a synthesis of all the arts.
Born in Bogotá, Colombia in 1987, Luisa holds a BA in Communication Design from Universidad de los Andes (2011) and an MA in Arts from the London College of Fashion (2015). In recent years, Luisa has expanded their creative practice to include roles as a space-holder, workshop facilitator, and bodyworker.
Their transdisciplinary work incorporates somatic practices, interweaved with mythology, mystic & spiritual studies, and digital technologies, in tools of exploration of new and emerging ecologies. Through a decolonial queer lens, Luisa’s work examines the connection between the individual and the collective body, focusing on the power and politics of pleasure, desire, and care as pathways to collective liberation.
